The name Zo̠ Asiuw Ner is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Zo̠ Asiuw Ner was founded by Caurus Khirsa, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Zo̠ Asiuw Ner has a yearly average temperature of 14°C (57°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a cool 18°C (64°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 10°C (50°F). Zo̠ Asiuw Ner receives an average of 176 cm/y (69 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Zo̠ Asiuw Ner covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 2536 m (8320 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Zo̠ Asiuw Ner was founded durring the late 11th century, by Caurus Khirsa. The establishment of Zo̠ Asiuw Ner was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Zo̠ Asiuw Ner's construction back out of the project. Caurus Khirsa pushed on reguardles, and Zo̠ Asiuw Ner was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Zo̠ Asiuw Ner was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Zo̠ Asiuw Ner is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Zo̠ Asiuw Ner is buildings are speckled and packed arround premissive cobblestone streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the town's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a town. The town is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. The exceptionaly well made fortifications has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
A look arround Zo̠ Asiuw Ner reveals an abundance of schools, libraries, and other academic structures. Locals can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear the town places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual.
Civic Infrastructure
Zo̠ Asiuw Ner has an animal control department which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the control, impoundment, and disposition of animals.
Zo̠ Asiuw Ner has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Zo̠ Asiuw Ner. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Zo̠ Asiuw Ner's parks.
Zo̠ Asiuw Ner has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Zo̠ Asiuw Ner.
Zo̠ Asiuw Ner has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Zo̠ Asiuw Ner has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Zo̠ Asiuw Ner has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Zo̠ Asiuw Ner's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Zo̠ Asiuw Ner has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Zo̠ Asiuw Ner's natural decorations nor waterways.
Zo̠ Asiuw Ner has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Zo̠ Asiuw Ner has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Zo̠ Asiuw Ner's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used has a sleek, linear appearance with stylized, often geometric ornamentation. The primary facade of its buildings often featured a series of set backs that create a stepped outline. Low-relief decorative panels can be found at entrances, around windows, along roof edges or as string courses. It was best known for its use of smooth finish building materials such as stucco, concrete block, glazed brick or mosaic tile. Decorative details can incorporate various artistic or exotic motifs to suit the building's function or the architect's whim. Chevrons, zigzags, and other geometrical motifs are common forms of ornament.
In Zo̠ Asiuw Ner during thunderstorms, with each flash of lightning, everyone sees different monsters from the corner of their eyes.
Zo̠ Asiuw Ner's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves sacrificing an animal to channel Necromancy energies of tier 2 via mimery.
Economy

Its position may be important enough that it can survive on trade alone, despite being unable to feed itself with the surrounding land. Such hubs are usually heavily garrisoned by the lord who profits from their tariffs and taxes.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Zo̠ Asiuw Ner was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Zo̠ Asiuw Ner lost 284 people, 354 livestock, and 26 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 144, when members of Zo̠ Asiuw Ner's militia enacted an operation to patrol a specific area to dissuade the enemy from their current activities. The operation was complicated by extremely dangerous terrain, including unfamiliar and poisonous plants which many ate while foraging. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in victory for Zo̠ Asiuw Ner's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Zo̠ Asiuw Ner's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
